These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on
sitelegends.com. By placing an order, you agree
to these terms in full.

ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS
Site Legends sells custom printed-on-demand
apparel and accessories, including but not limited
to t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and tote bags.
All products are manufactured by our print
partner Printful Inc. and shipped directly to
the customer. Product images on the website are
as accurate as possible but may vary slightly
due to screen settings and print processes.
ARTICLE 3 — PRICES
All prices displayed on the website are in
Australian Dollars (AUD) and include all taxes
applicable at the time of order.
TVA is not applicable (franchise en base de TVA,
Article 293 B du CGI). Australian GST may apply
for Australian customers as required by
Australian tax law.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based
on order value:
- Orders under AU$ 50: AU$ 9.99
- Orders AU$ 50 – AU$ 79.99: AU$ 6.99
- Orders AU$ 80 and above: Free shipping
Site Legends reserves the right to modify prices
at any time. The applicable price is the price
displayed at the time of order confirmation.
ARTICLE 4 — ORDERING PROCESS
1. The customer selects products and adds them
to the shopping cart.
2. The customer reviews the cart and proceeds
to checkout.
3. The customer fills in shipping information
and selects a shipping method.
4. The customer reviews the order summary,
accepts these Terms of Sale, and confirms
payment.
5. The customer receives an order confirmation
email.
Account creation is optional. Customers may
check out as guests.
The order is confirmed once payment has been
successfully processed. Site Legends reserves the
right to cancel any order in case of suspected
fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability.
ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Accepted methods include credit cards and debit
cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Payment is collected in full at the time of
order. No personal banking information is stored
by Site Legends — all payment data is handled
exclusively by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS
security standards.
ARTICLE 6 — PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
All products are custom printed on demand after
the order is placed.
Processing time: 2–5 business days (printing,
quality check, and packaging).
Shipping time: varies by destination. A tracking
number is provided via email once the order has
been dispatched.
Shipping destinations: Australia and New Zealand.

ARTICLE 7 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DROIT DE
RÉTRACTATION)
Under European consumer law (Articles L221-18
to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code),
customers located in the European Union have 14
calendar days from the date of delivery to
exercise their right of withdrawal without
providing a reason.
However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of
the French Consumer Code, the right of
withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the
consumer's specifications or clearly
personalised. As our products are custom printed
on demand, this exemption may apply.
For customers located in Australia, the right of
withdrawal does not apply under Australian
Consumer Law for change of mind purchases.
However, all consumer guarantees under the
Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are fully
respected. See our Return & Refund Policy for
details.
ARTICLE 8 — RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return &
Refund Policy, available on our website. In
summary:
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
replacement or full refund (customer's choice
for major faults, as required by ACL).
- Wrong size: exchange within 14 days; return
shipping at customer's expense.
- Change of mind: assessed case by case; store
credit may be offered at our discretion.
For customers in Australia, our policy complies
with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Consumer
guarantees cannot be excluded.
ARTICLE 9 — LEGAL WARRANTIES
In accordance with French law:
Guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-1 et seq.
of the Consumer Code): if the product does not
match the description or is not fit for its
intended purpose, the consumer may request repair,
replacement, or refund within 2 years of delivery.
Hidden defects warranty (Articles 1641 et seq. of
the Civil Code): if the product has a hidden
defect that renders it unfit for use, the
consumer may return the product for a refund
within 2 years of discovering the defect.
For Australian customers, product guarantees
under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
ARTICLE 10 — LIABILITY
Site Legends shall not be held liable for:
- Delays or failures caused by the customer
(incorrect address, unavailability)
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Minor variations between product images and
delivered products
- Events of force majeure
Site Legends' maximum liability for any claim
is limited to the total amount paid by the
customer for the relevant order.
ARTICLE 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, slogans, and branding on
this website are the exclusive property of Site
Legends / Bastien Perez EI. Unauthorised
reproduction or use is prohibited.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, or
distribute any designs purchased on this website.
ARTICLE 12 — PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected during the ordering
process is used exclusively for order fulfillment,
shipping, and customer service. See our Legal
Notice for full RGPD/GDPR details.
ARTICLE 13 — CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, please contact us
first at contact@sitelegends.com. If we are
unable to resolve the issue, you may refer the
matter to our designated consumer mediator:

ARTICLE 14 — APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
For customers located in Australia, the
Australian Consumer Law applies to consumer
guarantees and cannot be excluded by these terms.
Any dispute shall be subject to the competent
courts of Bastien Perez's place of residence,
unless mandatory consumer protection rules
provide otherwise.
