RETURN & REFUND POLICY

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded 
under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For major failures 
with a product, you can choose between a refund or 
replacement. You are also entitled to be compensated for 
any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the 
failure is minor, we will repair or replace the product 
within a reasonable time.

No timeframe stated in this policy limits or overrides 
your rights under the ACL.


FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives with a defect, print error, damage, 
or if we sent the wrong item, we've got you covered — no 
questions asked.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at 
contact@sitelegends.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Major failure
Under the Australian Consumer Law, if your product has a 
major failure, you are entitled to your choice of:
- A full refund to your original payment method (including 
  original shipping costs)
- A replacement product shipped at no extra cost

This is your right and cannot be refused.

Minor failure
For minor faults (e.g. a small cosmetic imperfection that 
does not affect normal use), we may offer:
- A free replacement
- A store credit for the full value of the item

You do not need to return the item for print defects or 
shipping damage — a photo is sufficient. If a physical 
return is required for inspection, we will cover all 
return shipping costs.

These rights are not limited by the timeframes stated 
elsewhere in this policy.


WRONG SIZE

Ordered the wrong size? It happens, mate.

We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, 
provided the item is:
- Unworn (other than trying it on)
- Unwashed
- In its original condition with tags attached

Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using 
a tracked shipping service. Once we receive and inspect 
the item, we will send your new size at no additional 
charge.

As our products are printed on demand, we cannot always 
guarantee the same item will be available. If your item 
is no longer available, we will issue a store credit for 
the full amount.


CHANGE OF MIND

We understand — sometimes it just doesn't hit right.

As our products are custom printed on demand, we are not 
legally required to offer refunds for change of mind under 
Australian Consumer Law. However, we assess change of mind 
requests on a case-by-case basis and will always try to 
work with you.

If approved, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping is at your expense. If accepted, we will 
issue a store credit (not a monetary refund) for the value 
of the item, excluding original shipping costs.

To request a change of mind return, email 
contact@sitelegends.com with your order number.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Email contact@sitelegends.com with your order number 
   and reason for return
2. We will confirm whether the return is approved and 
   provide a return address
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service (at your 
   cost for size exchanges and change of mind; at our 
   cost for faulty items)
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your 
   remedy within 5 business days

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned 
or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 14-day window (for change of 
  mind only — faulty item rights are not time-limited)
- Items damaged through misuse or improper care
- Gift cards


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery 
window, please contact us at contact@sitelegends.com. We 
will investigate with our shipping partner. If the package 
is confirmed lost, you will receive a full replacement or 
refund at your choice — at no cost to you.


SHIPPING COSTS SUMMARY

- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover all return 
  shipping costs and refund original shipping if a refund 
  is chosen.
- Wrong size exchanges: you pay return shipping; we pay 
  reshipping of the new size.
- Change of mind returns: you pay return shipping; store 
  credit excludes original shipping cost.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business 
days, please:
1. Check your bank or credit card statement
2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times 
   may vary
3. If you still haven't received it, email us at 
   contact@sitelegends.com
