SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers at this time.
If you're outside Australia or New Zealand and want to
get your hands on some Site Legends gear, drop us a line
at contact@sitelegends.com — we'll see what we can do.
SHIPPING RATES
We use a tiered shipping model based on your order value:
Orders under AU$ 50: AU$ 9.99 flat rate
Orders AU$ 50 – AU$ 79.99: AU$ 6.99 flat rate
Orders AU$ 80 and above: FREE SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and apply per
order, not per item. All prices are in Australian Dollars
(AUD).
New Zealand orders may incur slightly higher shipping
costs depending on the delivery address. The exact rate
will be displayed at checkout.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
All Site Legends products are custom printed on demand —
that means your order is made just for you after you
place it. Because of this, please allow a little extra
time compared to off-the-shelf retailers.
Processing time: 2–5 business days
This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and
pack your order before it ships.
Shipping time: varies by location
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time depends
on your location and the shipping carrier. Delivery times
may vary, particularly during peak periods (holidays,
public holidays, major sales events).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking
information once your order has been dispatched.
ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships,
you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a
link to follow your package.
If your tracking hasn't updated in several business days,
don't stress — carriers sometimes have delays in scanning.

and we'll chase it up for you.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time
after dispatch, please get in touch with us. We will
investigate with our shipping carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost, you will receive a full
replacement or refund at your choice, at no cost to you.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian
Consumer Law.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before
completing your order. We are not responsible for orders
shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect
address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
An additional shipping fee may apply.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (NEW ZEALAND)
Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to customs
duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the New Zealand
government. These charges are the responsibility of the
customer and are not included in our shipping rates or
product prices.
Site Legends has no control over these charges and cannot
predict their amount. We recommend checking with your
local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are printed on demand, we have a
very short window to modify or cancel an order. If you
need to make a change, contact us at
contact@sitelegends.com as soon as possible.
If your order has already entered production, we may not
be able to cancel or modify it. In this case, our Return
& Refund Policy applies.
MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate
packages depending on the products ordered. Each package
will have its own tracking number. You will only be
charged shipping once per order based on the tiered rates
above.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions
with different thresholds or conditions. These promotions
are temporary and may be modified or removed at any time.
Promotional shipping offers cannot be combined with other
discounts unless stated otherwise.
